We had a Trane AC unit installed in July of 2020. On 9/27/21 they came out to check the AC unit due to the system not keeping the house cool. We were charged $395.00 for an evac and recharge of the unit advising the unit was low on refrigerant which caused the unit to freeze up. We were then charged $766.00 on 11/1/2021 to replace the Evaporator Coil which they said was not under warranty. We then purchased a warranty for parts and labor on 11/2/21 for $957.00. I called back in to have the AC checked and on 4/14/23 a tech said that the float switch went off and the tech explained how to clear the float and charged us $95.00. On 6/17/23 a tech came out again because the system was not reaching the 73 degree temperature. The tech advised that the house seemed damp, both the superheat and subcool were extremely low, suction pressure high at 160 with it being 75 degrees in the home. Tech advised that there were non-condensables in the system. I told the tech that we had not opened the system up at any time. Once again we were told that we were not on service member plan. On 6/26/23 another tech came out and installed a drier, performed evac and recharge and charged us $375.00. The AC system is still not cooling correctly to this day, during the extreme heat this past month the AC unit was at 85 degrees in the heat of the afternoon. I have called Corman and Sons multiple times and spoke to a manager named Mark on 6/7/23 and he said that he would check in to the past services and call me back. I am still waiting for my AC to be repaired and I have not had any response from Corman and Sons.

After waiting for months to have an additional return vent installed in our bedroom, the vent was finally installed the end of November. When we turned the heat on in late December our bedroom was freezing cold. Suspecting the return vent Corman installed is too close to the vent bringing the heat in, we called Corman on January 16th and were told that the manager was out of the office until January 18th and we would have to speak to him when he returned. We never received a call. Despite our phone records and a witness to the call, Corman claims that we never called. If you have a problem beware, they won't have a phone record that you called. I just received a call May 5th to renew my service with them. I will not be renewing my service with them as they do not back their service with satisfaction and are incompetent at recording service and satisfaction requests. If they lose record of your call, the customer is to blame, not them.
