  i called to make an appt and was told a story they needed a place to stay and if i could put down 25%. so i had cash app 200.00. The day they showed up he was here about an hour and the chain saw broke and that was the last time they were here. They left branches all over my yard and bushes for almost a week, until i got out and moved it all off my front yard. I have texted 2 or 3 times over a few days about finishing my job and picking up the branches they left in my yard and have not gotten any reply. Its been over 2 weeks since they started.

  I have kept in contact with you to keep you updated on what was going on each time and planned on making it right. A deposit was made but we did more work than what was paid for. When we spoke you said it was absolutely fine because we were coming back and came to an agreement on the work. Everything you have been told is true. We did need a place to stay, the saw did break, and the tractor grapples we're broke ,which we were getting fixed. You were made aware of each thing that occured and that prevented us from coming out to finish the job at the time. That being said, I was walking out the door to come finish your job and then got this notification. You can find someone else to do the job. Have a great day. Don't worry about the money owed for all the work that was done.

  I was told two or three times you would be there the next day and never showed up. I can send text messages if you like. after more than a week I finally got a text saying she was in the hospital and you would be there the next day and again nobody showed up, finally today they're saying you were coming.
  
  If you think spending an hour cutting some branches and leaving them all over my yard for over a week and then I have to move them off so my grass isn't killed is worth $200 then I guess I got screwed.

  As stated before, there were things that happened out of our control and we kept you updated. First you say we had no contact with you, then you change it to we told you a couple different days we would be there. We called from both business phones and texted various times from both. You were given a deal by us as tree companies charge more than what you were quoted for the amount of work you were wanting done (which I'm sure you've found out by now.) The branches weren't spread all across your yard either, as they were all in the same spot in a pile and they were all pulled off your bushes. Then you kept changing how the job was to be done. I explained to you how the job was going to be done (using the bucket truck so I could drive directly up to the trees) which is also why you were given the deal you were quoted. It went from that to doing the job from the road which is not feasible and would have been an entire different price.
