    I was planning on going to use Happy Trails for my honeymoon happening on March 15th. However I do not recommend using them at all due to their horrible customer service. I didnt realize that I had officially booked the service and accidentally booked it for March 8th. I received no communication even though the owner stated they sent emails and text messages with confirmations and about missing the ride. I had no text messages, phone calls and only one email in my Spam folder. When calling to try and rectify the situation the lady I spoke to (supposedly the owner) stated that there is nothing she will do. I offered even to pay extra being I didnt want to be out 265 dollars. As someone who has worked in small businesses I understand the importance and was willing to compromise. The owner hung up on me and told me that I was out the money and couldnt rebook. Thankfully, my bank was able to reverse the charge but I caution anyone to use this service being that their customer service needs some serious work. I will be going with a different horse back riding company.Happy trails then responded and lied about the conversation stating I was aggressive and wanted to write several bad reviews? Applications dont even allow for this. They handled the entire situation with zero professionalism.
