      We stayed in 2 of this company's units. **** *** to begin with and *** next. The first one we stayed in, the air wouldn't go cooler than 78 for 2 days until it kept getting warmer and I was on oxygen and felt as though I couldn't catch my breath. I called and they offered another Unit *** and we could either move that night or the next morning, so we elected to move that evening because of my health issues.They moved us to another unit for the remainder of our stay, the air did work much better but there were several things not provided, little things, but it was like every time we turned around, it was something else! Like no extra blankets and the coffee maker was unusable, so instead of bothering them we went and switched the coffee maker with the other unit and borrowed a blanket also. ***** said on several occasions that we could take our time getting our stuff out because they weren’t going to rent it out because of the Air conditioning being out till Monday. ***** told me that because of the inconvenience of having to move and also it being hot because of the air not working, that they would monetarily compensate us, We were in the first Unit from Thursday pm until Saturday pm and we were in the second Unit from Saturday pm until Wednesday am.
      They agreed to pay us $322.93 and said that they would process it immediately. After several weeks of tagging us along about the refund, I messaged them and they said, oh yeah, we meant to tell you we've decided that three people dirtied both places equally so much so that they would need to charge us extra enough so that they no longer would be able to refund us any money....we have stayed in hundreds of condos, houses and hotels and have NEVER been charged anyextra for anything! We even took out the trash, gathered the laundry and ran the dishwasher before we left, only thing we didn't do is mop and wipe everything down! I have asked for an itemized list of charges for the “extra” cleaning but have not received yet.

      The company, after finding out I was asking for documentation of the charges, decided to pay the monies they had originally agreed to refund to me and therefore resolving this issue. Thanks, ***** ********
