It is our mission to make sure that our customers enjoy their golf vacations and that the only surprises you have are good ones. If for any reason that hasn't been your experience with Tee Times USA, I appreciate the opportunity to make it right. 

      I do see that you have been in communication with ******** ****** in our office. It's unfortunate that Falcon's Fire would not offer your group a refund or credit back for your round. However, since you have been a Tee Time's USA customer for years, ******** let you know that she would give you and your group a credit on your next golf vacation to help make this right for you. She did receive your email last week and is working on the details so that you have everything you need so that you and your group can receive the credit on next year's trip. We hope that this credit, at Tee Times USA's expense, helps restore your faith in our services. You should be receiving the details of your credit from ******** shortly.
