    On April 24, 2024, I placed a pre-order for whiskey amounting to $361.97 USD through the sharedpour website. I promptly received an order confirmation (ORDER #***********). By May 9, I was notified via email that my order was being prepared for shipment, with a provided tracking number (******************). Unfortunately, on May 21, I received a cancellation notice from UPS regarding my order. I reached out the same day for clarification via email but received no response. A week later, I attempted to contact a sharedpour representative through the ******* ********* in DC, but they could only forward my details to sharedpour via email. Although sharedpour's website indicates that the order is paid and fulfilled, the track shipment link reveals its cancellation. Today, I sent another email, though I harbor doubts about receiving a reply. To date, I've expended over $350 with nothing to show for it but frustration.

    An order was placed on 12/03/2023. I received notification from the shipping carrier that a label had been created on 12/05/2023. As the status had not changed, I contacted SharedPour @ ************************************************ on 12/12/2023. I did not receive a response; however, on 12/14/2023, I received another notification from the carrier stating that the shipment had been canceled. I, again, contacted Shared Pour, via email, to inquire as to the reason. After no response, I sent a 3rd email today (12/18/2023) and have yet to receive a response. Other than the above email address, the company does not provide any other means of contact. After significant searching, I was able to find, what appears to be the parent company (i.e. Pure Impact Group) for Shared Pour, which operates out of **************** (possibly at ******************************).
