    On 11-18-2022 I wrote a check to RHL Operating Solutions, LLC for $539.68 for the ********* Antivirus computer software for email protection, wireless network security, blocking web infections, password protection, browser security, etc. When we called them for help on March 7, 2023, I spoke with a technician named ********************* who is from a different country. I had trouble understanding his words. So when he transferred me to his supervisor, *****, I was under the impression it was going to cost $5.** for this service. But no, they wanted to install another virus protection (for the internet, they said) for $500 + dollars. I protested because I thought we were covered for that with the first $539.68, but they said the coverage we had was only for the computer, not for internet problems. They said they had already installed the "software" because I had approved it. (That was the misunderstanding of the dollar amount from *****.) ***** then told me that uninstalling the "software" would cost the first technician (*****) the amount out of his paycheck or be fired. Those were the only two options. When I protested that, he hung up on me. In addition, after that first installation in November, I started receiving junk email, first in my junk folder; now they are also coming to my inbox (a lot of them every day). I think I've been scammed. I'm pretty sure this scamming company has sold my email address to entities around the world. The company's file number is L21000138515. The Registered Agent on file for this company is ******************* at **************************************************************. The only email address I could find is ************************** Phone ************.
