    Contracted Jet Aircraft Painting to paint our aircraft, a Cheyenne *** 31T-7820025. We signed the contract 07/06/2023. The plane was promised to take no more than 20 working days to be completed as per the contract. ******* ******* the owner, told me this as well. We paid the full amount in advance of the work being done, in the amount of $16, 500. After dozens of phone calls and every excuse possible, I was told it was completed and ready for pick up on June 15 2024. Upon inspection of the aircraft, the aircraft's paint was peeling. This was the third attempt to pick up the aircraft, as each time we were told it was ready, we noted the paint was peeling. The aircraft had never even been flown since the new paint was put on. When we landed for this pick up on June 15, we noted that the paint had started peeling off again. We contacted Mr. ******* he said don't worry about anything, he stated he will fix it but just give him some time. Th aircraft was due next to be upholstered and avoinics put on, so he said, go ahead and do that first and then when it s done I will do the paint. Now the upholster and avoinics are done, I called him on 01/21/25 and told him its ready for paint. He said that his shop location that he rents is closed, and he cannot do it. I told him I do not care where he does it, but he needs to complete the paint or give the money back. He said he will not give the money back and refused to paint it. He also states that the paint is only warrantied for 1 year. It took 1 year for the plane to be completed. The job was bad, we complained immediately, he said he would fix it but he couldn't do it right now. Now he is refusing all together.
