Excellent in every way was my experience with Alarm Grid. I had cancelled my service with a monitoring company I had for 10 years and started reading forums about how to self monitor with my old system and found that Alarm Grid was going to be exactly what I needed,so I e-mailed them late Sunday night explained what I was interested in,the next day they where giving me my options, I ordered what I needed that Monday by Wednesday I had received my communicator and installed it Thursday. Friday I e-mailed ******* that I was ready and he had my system activated and ready to use the Total Connect 2.0 app. in a very short time. To all of you, Thank you. What a great company.

5 starsI own and operate a Security Company in California. I decided to use AlarmGrid because of their good price, fast support service and friendly sales team. AlarmGrid is the best monitoring company around. I have been in the security business for over twenty years and no monitoring can compare to AlarmGrid. The best monitoring company in the security industry. Thank you AlarmGrid for getting my alarm up and running so fast. I can know move all of my alarm panels from Dynamark Monitoring to your monitoring company.
