      The alarm company I had originally was called Secur Alarms (spelling is correct). Apparently they were sold or somehow transferred to Cloud Security Alarms of ***************. Fees then became payable to them c/o ***************** in ************, **. More recently the billing started to originate with a company called Alert 360 from *****, **. No explanation.Mr. ***********************, president of Cloud Security Alarms, provided local service from the time of the original takeover. Earlier this year he informed me that some trouble I was having with the system was caused by outdated equipment not compatible with 5G internet. Alarm signal in the system went to central station via internet signal instead of telephone line. He advised me to have him sell me new equipment which I did.Several weeks ago the system's keyboard screen showed an error message and could not be reset. Most of my phone calls to him for help went unanswered and, when I finally did get a promise to help, it was unfulfilled. Based on my experience with ****************** and his company I would say that a one star rating is generous.
