    I would give a NEGATIVE five review if I could. I am a CPA and this company has been the worst I can remember ever dealing with. I have been a Citrix Share File user for a couple of years. Last year about this time I renewed on an annual basis with an up front fee. They continued to charge my credit card monthly. It took MANY hours on the phone to finally get them to acknowledge the error and stop charging my card...about nine months down the road. Now, they still have not refunded the $800+ they owe me, yet I have been billed for new annual renewal, demanding payment. This company is off the rails administratively. Good luck getting any issues resolved. Everyone I talk to is in a foreign country and generally is lacking in authority or English language. It is worse than dealing with the **** DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN USING SHAREFILE OR CITRIX. IF YOU DO, GOOD LUCK!

    This is one of the dumbest companies I have ever dealt with. They make you jump through a bunch of hoops just to speak with someone who maybe can help you. What's amazing though is that if you need to update your billing information with them so that you can pay them they are so galatically stupid that they don't even give you that option.
