    We worked with **************************** as our moving company, who selected the courier "Express Delivery Pros" to delivery our belongings. They originally picked up our belongings in early August and we let them know that we were ready for our delivery on August 12, 2022. I have been provided countless delivery windows and have still yet to receive my belongings, 6 months later. White ***** has stopped answering our calls and emails. They have provided numerous excuses for why the delivery is taking so long, from the truck breaking down twice to the delivery driver getting Covid, but we found out that our belongings have been in a storage unit in *****. They insist that my belongings have not been lost or stolen, but that it is just not cost affective for them to drive to ***********. They won't provide pictures of our belongings or the address of the storage unit in which are belongings currently are. I have told them that I would like to avoid filing a police report or taking legal action, but they continue to be unresponsive. The delivery driver continues to tell me that he will call me back later and provide an update, but I never receive a call back. Our job number is W6359190. We have already paid them two of the three deposits and we were told that we would receive a $10 a day discount for every business day that the delivery is delayed, but I'm losing hope that it will ever arrive. They have been unprofessional on the phone and hostile, with one of the employees yelling "I don't want to deal with you anymore either lady" when I pushed for an estimated date of when we could expect our belongings and complained about the length of time that we have been waiting. Express continues to delay the delivery date and has failed to provide us proof that they are in possession of our belongings. We need our belongings delivered and for this company to be held accountable.

    We choose Nationwide Moving and Storage as our moving company. They brokeraged out a smaller carrier called Express Delivery Pros to pick-up and drop off our luggage. - We have had a lot of difficulty with the carrier, Express Delivery Pros, in regards to their professionalism and hostility, communication, unlawful charges, lack of providing contract (Bill of Lading), and continuous delay in moving date. - Our job number with Nationwide Moving and Storage was: Job No: T4202469 - We were assigned Express Delivery Pros as a moving carrier, by our moving company Nationwide Moving and Storage. - Express Delivery Pros delayed pick-up by several days (move date was July *****), and finally picked up our moving boxes on July 31st. They overcharged us unlawfully (Express charged us an extra $1259.59 AFTER they began loading luggage onto the truck), and have not provided us a copy of the Bill of Lading to this date.- Express committed to good communication and timely delivery; both of which have not been fulfilled.- Express has refused to provide location of our items until this week. It is our right to know location, and they patronized us for 7 weeks and denied us the right to know.- Express has been unprofessional on the phone, hanging up on us before the conversation ended. - Express continues to delay delivery date, has failed to update us on status of items. It has only been US calling THEM. - FADD (First Available Delivery Date) was August 1. Today is Sept 23rd, and our items still have not been delivered. It is stated that items should be delivered within 30 days or we will be compensated $30 per extra day. - We are urging prompt delivery of our items.- We demand: 1) refund of our unlawful charges, along with 2) compensation for delay in delivery, and 3) compensation for Breach of Contract.
