    My experience with this company was terrible, I chose them to do the process of qualifying my company to do electrical with the board, they suggested the qualifier because **** the owner knew the man so I decided to go with them because she guaranteed the qualifier for 1 year. After the process was done the qualifier pull out on the 2nd month because he didnt want any exposure and without a notification or previous notice cancel the license. I went back to API to find me another qualifier and basically they refuse to honor the warranty they gave me on the invoice, I ask **** the owner for a REFUND AND SHE SAID FORGET ABOUT IT. Save yourself time and money and use another company. Im already working with a lawyer to make them pay. STAY AWAY. **** IS THE MOST DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL FEMALE I HAVE EVER SEEN. SEE PROVE OF INVOICE ATTACHED.

    Anyone that has done business with API knows this review is not representative of who we are or how we conduct business.  This review was by the officer of a company where we placed an electrical license holder. While this review contains multiple factual errors that will not be discussed here, API stands by its decisions in this specific instance. The essence of the complaint has to do with APIs guarantee. However, in general, for APIs qualifier guarantee to be valid, the qualifier must fail to honor their responsibilities as a qualifying license holder during the first year. Additionally, APIs guarantee does not include the cancellation by the company of the qualifiers employment. Also, APIs guarantee does not include the qualifying agents canceling their employment with the company (e.g., resigning) and/or removing their license from the company for any for-cause reason including, but not limited to, the companys (1) financial mismanagement (2) refusal to allow a qualifier legally required control over the means and methods of licensed work (3) fraud or (4) breach of any separate contract between the qualifier and the company.
