    On Friday April 19, 2024 I purchased fluoride varnish from US Dental Depot. My credit card was charged $137.93. On Tuesday April 22, 2024 the called me indicating that the product was on back order and recommended that select another product. I picked another varnish for $57.43. They said that they would refund the $137.93 and charge $57.43. They did neither. However the account online indicates that they refunded me the $137.93 and charged me the $57.43. In addition, they now say the new product is on back order too.

    I need to address *******'s concerns regarding the recent transactions. ******* is incorrect in his claim that we charged him twice.
    We only processed a single transaction of $137.53, which was subsequently refunded. This is clearly visible in his credit card statement, though he is not showing it. Attached is a screenshot from our credit card processor, confirming only two transactions: the original charge and the subsequent refund.
    For transparency, we do not store customers' credit card information, making it impossible for us to charge him again without his explicit authorization. Additionally, he was offered an alternative product, but it required a license, which he did not possess.
    ******* can independently verify his statements from our company by downloading them directly from our website. The download button is clearly visible in the interface, as shown in the attached screenshot. The arithmetic presented in his screenshots is unrecognized by us, and based on our records, after the refund, he is misrepresenting the situation.
    Furthermore, ******* has left a complaint on ****** Reviews, which was addressed appropriately. If ******* believes he has made a payment through another method, he must provide proof, and we will refund him since his account is currently suspended.

    We consider this matter closed as *******'s claims appear to be an attempt to unjustly obtain an additional $137.53.
