I hired Mr. ******************** to prepare and file a bankruptcy filing for myself and my husband on 4/21/23 and was charged the first payment in our agreement. After that it was radio silence. I submitted all requested paperwork immediately and heard nothing. I followed up via email and text with his paralegal team (as directed for updates) on May 8, May 22, May 24, June 2, June 12, June 14, June 16 July 5, and August 9. Several times there was no reply to my inquiry at all. Twice I was told they are still working on my petition. June 16 I was told they would like to schedule a review of my draft petition the following week, which I agreed to, and then nothing. July 5 the same thing and then nothing. Finally got to speak with the paralegal on August 11 - almost 4 months after the start, and there was still not a preliminary petition to review. He told me that I had a difficult case and that the other workers had apparently kept pushing my file aside. He assured me that he would handle it and have the petition ready for me the following week - and that is the last that I heard. Finally, after being fed up and in a much worse situation than I was 5 months previously, I cancelled our agreement and fired the firm on September 27th after I had ZERO communication since the August 11 meeting when I was assured something in the next week. After thinking about it, I requested a refund on October 10 because I received no services from the firm at all. Mr. ******************** replied to my email on October 11 that he would review with his team what was done and for me to follow up with him on October 16. I have since followed up on Oct 17, 20, 23, and 25th with no reply. This place is a SHAM and these people are scammers. It's the most unprofessional dealings I've ever had with anyone I have ever hired. Beware of hiring this group. The saddest part is that they came referred to me by my Employer EAP. I will be making a report to them as well.

    Thank you for this opportunity

We completed the bankrutpcy pettition, and it when unreviewed and unsigned.  The total fee is $2300 for our services.   While we recived the total amount we refund all but $934.00 All payment to our firm clearly state non refundable on each payment and still we refunded the bulk of the amount paid.

Very often clients do not see the time and efforts done to review, advise.  Very often they only see the paperwork prepared, or results obtained.  A substantial amount of time and effort goes into reviewing and preparing the information needed to prepare the documents required for filing.  The fact that the client did not *** our paperwork to file does not negate the fact that we did in fact spend our time.

As I repeat I did refund a substantila amount of the amount paid.  WE only kept the amount that clearly is enough to offset our costs

If you would like a copy of the petition drafted, or copy of the payments that clearly state non refundable, please let me know

    Thank you
