      On July 15th at 10:45ish I placed my order, and then went to Dunkin to pick up my pick up order. It was very slow and so even though I scheduled to go inside and grab it, I went to the window to see if theyd let me grab it that way instead. Instead of getting my coffee the lady at the window, named ******, first asked if I cut the line to grab my pick up order. I was like yes. The only one other guest your store has was ordering a very long order and I placed mine over 5 mins ago through the app. The lady was extremely rude and continued to berate me! I did not pay to go out for a coffee I can make for 25 cents at home to get a lecture from your employees! If she would have been nice about it like we dont do that here, it would have been no big deal. I even told the lady other Dunkins that do have the space have an extra line specifically for the pick up people to cut because the order was already placed- there isnt a need to go through the intercom to announce myself. I even was like okay lady I can just come in with my newborn to make you happy she still continued to yell at me and insult me. I want some training for the employees, specifically ****** on how to handle things she thinks are conflicts. She then made he move to to park next to a trash can and made them bring out my order, and at that time the only other customer was also still ordering! She has a huge power struggle going on and you shouldnt have her interacting with customers if shes going to treat them in that manner. I do not believe the Dunkin brand would condone such behavior, at least I hope not and if so, theyll never see another ***** from me. Please let me know.
