    I placed an order back 4/09/2025 at 11:18a.m for $375.00 FLAT RATE was not the same day delivery as it was announced on their website. Below is a screen shot on their website they never held up on their end. When called for pickup they gave me a time frame and never once they called to let me know they were running late or the truck broke down, I had to call to find these things out. The next day they came to pick up the dumpster, low and behold I get an email that they charged me $103.00 because I was over 1ton that they went to a weigh station and it was at 2.3 tons, When this was ordered There was no indication of an extra charge or a warning they will be a charge I only authorized the $375.00 FLAT RATE but no where did it say one the website and/or receipt stated there was going to be a charge for being overweight. So they did an unauthorized charge without any explanation or warning. I read their reviews and I have to say the company is run by *******, after reading one customer was threatened that they would put a contractor&#**;s lien on their house and/or property, and that was said by the owner of the company. That is an unacceptable response to a customer. But for me they hit with $103.00 for being over, the dumpster weighed more than what I threw out. As if people or contractors carry a scale to make sure they stay within. I&#**;m the only person working on the job. My arms should have fallen off my body 2tons, that&#**;s a little over 4000 pounds. I have attached photos below to show you how they run the company and part of the website NO HIDDEN FEES, FLAT RATE AND SO FORTH.
