    AVOID USING THIS COMPANY! Company hired for residential condo in *************. Elevator has broken down 3 times in 4 months and I have been stuck in elevator each time. Dispatcher contacted from elevator, as I did not have cell phone on me and I was informed they would not call 911 for extraction, despite claiming chest pain. I was left in elevator for over an hour in December, was able to push open doors yesterday to escape, stuck in elevator today for 45 minutes in heat and humidity. *********, company did not repair the issue they were called for yesterday. Owner of company states he has up to 2 hours to get a technician to extract people from elevator. Children and dogs die from being stuck in locked cars in less than 2 hours, with the Florida ***** and humidity. So, it seems as if this company does not value life. The dispatcher that answers the emergency call button will tell you straight out the will not call fire department for you, and you'll have to wait. They will not call anyone to assist you, as they stated they have to call the building manager or board to call 911, so if they are not available on a holiday, weekend or middle of the night, you potentially could be left there to die. PLEASE BEWARE!
