    I received a credit card charge of $1,271.30 that was not recognized from SP YDS LLC I called the company and they did not know what the charge was. The man I spoke with was the owner ***** Yirmiyaev.He said he runs parking lots. I had gotten a door put in and it had broken and I was calling the number and it turns out this was the same company. The man said he has no idea about it and would call back. The charge was significant $1,271.30

    Im filing this complaint against YDS LLC and Gate Repair Pro. *****, the owner, took a $400 deposit from us months ago and has failed to provide any services. Despite numerous attempts to reach him, he always has another excuse and continues to avoid delivering on his promise.Its clear he has no intention of refunding our money, and from my research, Im not the first ****** to encounter this issue. There are numerous complaints online about him and his shell companies. ***** appears to be exploiting the system and has no respect for his customers.We will be filing additional complaints with the ************************************** and other agencies to ensure ***** is held accountable. Legal action will also be pursued for the damages weve incurred. I strongly advise anyone considering working with him to steer clear. Do yourself a favor and work with a reputable honest company instead.

    On March 15, 2024 I contacted the gate repair pros company. The website of the company is gaterepairpro.com and their email address is *********************** After setting up a on-site visit to provide an estimate, I was immediately reached out to by one of their team members to give me a quote. After receiving the quote, the representative told me to send $1000 deposit to a YDS LLC. I was very skeptical about why I was not sending payment to the Gate repair pro company and instead this random LLC so I called the gate repair pro company at ************. I told them I wanted a call back from one of their managers and all I received back was a text from the representative saying that he got a call from the office about me thinking this was fraud. He confirmed that he was one of the owners of the company and that YDSLLC is the same company as gate repair pros. I continued to call the office for direct call from the office but only received communication from the representative so clearly the representative was getting communication from the office. I Was told the gate would be installed in six days from the date that I placed the order on March 15. It is now April 17, None of the owners of the company or representatives I spoke with are returning my calls or confirming installation time after giving them a $1000 deposit. I will be filing a police report today to document the $1000 that was stolen from me as a deposit because no gate has been produced, no installation time has been confirmed, and the money has not been returned or refunded to me. These guys are criminals, the owners of the company are a guy named ***** and according to sunbiz records, the other owner who I was dealing with is ******************** Who is the registered agent for YDS LLC located at *********************************************. I want to file a complaint so they cannot steal from other customers and also in an effort to get my $1000 deposit returned.
