  After our relocation from ********, we were fortunate enough to find an affordable townhouse that met most of our needs. However, there were a few changes that my wife and I wanted to see in the townhouse that we purchased, especially as we move into our retirement years. One area of change was the master bathroom. Here we wanted a shower that had a bench to sit down on instead of a large sunken bathtub that was difficult to get in and out of. We also wanted better lighting and ventilation, improved closet space for towels and bathroom supplies and a low maintenance, easy to clean room. We knew bathroom remodeling jobs were not inexpensive and, in most cases, contractors want a certain amount of funds upfront. This would be ok for us if the contractor was reliable, had good references, paid attention to details, and listened to the customer needs. In interviewing various contractors, we found Rapid Reconstruction to be one contractor that met our requirements. We originally found them in the 2024 edition of "Best Pick Reports" for ************** (Best Pick Reports). Other contractors may have been less expensive, but it was obvious they wanted to build what was easier and quicker for them and not totally what we wanted. Also important was the Project Manager, here ******************* was excellent! He is an honest, hardworking individual that takes responsibility and takes pride in his work! You would think he was managing the job for himself and his family. always on call and available to the client when all questions or issues may occur. Their sub-contractors where knowledgeable in their craft and where managed well. My only area of concern was the limited English for some of their contractors, this made communication difficult at times. However, this issue was always resolved with a call to the project manager, in our case *****, who was always available to address any communication issue. In summary, I highly recommend Rapid Reconstruction for their renovation needs.

  Everyone was very professional!They completed both the master bath and the second bathroom within the time contracted. I definately recomend them.

  I can't say anything about the actual work that they do however I had an appointment scheduled today with them for an initial visit between 8:00 and 11:00. I didn't hear from them so I contacted them at 11:00. He said he would be here shortly. I texted him again just before 2:00 and he said he'd have to reschedule, he had an emergency. That's not a good look for a contractor so I will not use them.

  The team is courteous, organized and responsive. My Parents suffered from water damage and this company took care of the mitigation and rebuilt while holding my parents' hand through the entire process. The company also handled the claim work with our insurance company, which is a huge relieve from our shoulders. They are very accountable and took pride for their work. We were very happy with their services.

  On September 18 at around 8 p.m. I got a call from my husband telling me I needed to come home right away because a pipe had burst under the bathroom vanity and water had been spilling out for hours. I got home to at least an inch of water in the master bathroom, bedroom, closets, and even some coming out into the living room. I panicked and didn’t know where to start. I remembered seeing in the Palm Beach County Best Picks Report Guide companies that dealt with Water Damage and Mold Remediation. I called the first company listed but no one answered. I called the second company – Rapid Recovery – and Charles Massou immediately answered and 45 minutes he, Steve, and another guy were at my house. Huge fans were brought in after the water was cleaned up and the drying process began. It was after midnight when they left. I didn’t have to do anything – except cry a little! After that, Rapid’s Mold Remediation Team did their thing, followed by their Reconstruction Team. We had to have hardwood floors removed, drywall cut out and replaced, and new vanities installed. But, in addition to the reconstruction work that needed to be done because of the water damage, I also contracted with Rapid to do some other remodeling work. Like changing out our gas fireplace to a modern electric one, updating our kitchen countertops, backsplash, and range hood, and a few other items. I was a little apprehensive about contracting with them because I didn’t know how good their work was, but my project manager Anthony gave me references to contact and I did. And now, several months later, I just closed my contract with Rapid. I am so very happy with the work they have done. I can’t thank Anthony, Carlos, Marlon, Leo, Jorge, Marcos, Kenny, Hernandez Plumbing, Steve, Cristiano and Bruno enough. They were all skilled at what they do, showed up on time, cleaned up at the end of the day, and kept me informed every step of the way. Don't hesitate to call them!

  I was very pleased with the team at Rapid Reconstruction due to the fact that they not only provided excellent service, but that their supervisor, ****************************, was always available, not only on the phone; but also to come on-site if there were any questions or concerns. I was kept abreast of the progress as the project continued. I recommend them very highly for their professionalism and their dedication to doing the very best job possible.
