    It all started with a door knock sales pitch. The salesman came to my home and quoted me a price of 20K. I received calls from their sales team that they would give me an even better price if I agreed to let them install their signage on my lawn. ****** then came to my home and advised that the previous salesperson made a mistake on the price. He said that it would cost 21K. For finance options, he told me about that they offer a zero percent same as cash loan for 12 or 18 months. He explained that I had the option of waiting till the end of the term to pay in full. He then advised that since this loan costs their company, he would have to raise the price to 25K. He called his manager who brought the price down to 24K. ****** advised that I would have the option of changing my payment method at any time and that if I decided to pay in cash at any point, he would work out a better deal (turned out not to be true). I signed the contract with Reece on July 27, 2022. I later found out that contrary to what ****** explained about the zero percent interest, the term requires a minimum monthly payment of $600 a month. On September 20th, I decided to change my payment method to YGreen. I asked ****** if he would reduce the price back to the 21K since I was no longer doing the zero percent interest and it would not cost their company an extra $3000 as he originally stated. He advised that he would talk to his manager. On October 12th I was told that ****** went out of business. I was upset and ******* Manager, *****, contacted me in a very rude manner. I told him I wanted to cancel with Reece because I just didnt feel comfortable. He told me that he would not reduce the price and it didnt matter what was said to me by mouth. He threatened to foreclose on my home and make me pay even more money than what was contracted and sent me a demand letter the next day. This experience has been truly horrifying. I just want them to complete the job asap so I can move on.
