      This company keeps sending us an invoice for products we did not order for 2 years. I asked that they put me in contact with their legal counsel immediately (2 years ago), and they refused to respond to my request. This is a fraudulent transaction, and we are tired of this harassment. We did not place this order.

      Received a call from sales rep who asked for our employee by name. The sales rep was great at building report, but the manner in which she convinced our employee to say "yes" to the introductory order was a bit sneaky in my opinion. It's a valid sales tactic, but usually one performed by con-artists and impulse-buy organizations.The sales rep was good at building rapport but did so in what I consider a lower-class banter that one might hear in the streets. She kept making references to alcohol, bikinis, tuna with pixy dust, taking our employee out to dinner, sexual innuendos, etc. She started off the conversation by saying she was sending him a gift which he accepted. Basically, greasing the wheel. Poor guy got bamboozled by a clever sales technique. Our employee kept saying "I need to check", "let me call you back", etc. but the sales rep was very good at keeping him on the phone. She got him to say twice that he was approved by the company to place orders. She asked for a PO and he said he'd have to talk to someone, so she said that she'd just place the order as "verbal". In the end, this company GES sent us buckets of degreaser in a quantity that is far in excess of what we use in a decade and certainly don't want. The total cost billed to us is a few thousand dollars. We have asked them to pick up their order and cancel the invoices. They have refused to do so.Thankfully, the company sent us a recording of the conversation as evidence of the employee agreeing to the order. At no time during the phone call was our employee told that the phone call would be monitored or recorded. ********** is a two-party consent state. Under the ********** Invasion of Privacy Act and in particular Penal Code section 632, all parties to the conversation must give their permission or else recording it will be illegal. Please be careful when dealing with this company. They have a lot of negative reviews because of their tactics.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.

      Per their response to the complain, I expect they will reverse all charges against our company for product not ordered, for not advising the employee that they were being recorded and will resolve the issue appropriately. We do not want their product and will not pay the restocking fee.

      The Offending Company continues to demand payment for the items we did not order nor want. Their sales associate utilized sneaky sales techniques that included flirting with a married man, not getting a valid purchase order ("verbal" is not a valid PO), and then shipped us 10 years' worth of degreaser. They recorded us without our knowledge which is illegal in **********. They are demanding payment of $3,000 or a restocking fee for merchandise we did not order.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      We are not accepting the order that was shipped to **** Deere *******, ****************************  The order was shipped without our authorization and processed (not accepted) inadvertently by our shipping department.  Green Earth will be responsible for picking up the product at its sole expense.  Green Earth is still responsible for the risk of loss of the product while in Deeres possession, but Deere will make it available to a shipper of your choice.

      I was contacted by a very pushy sales person from Green Earth who I told several times I did not want their product. they did not ask permission to record me and now trying to use it to collect a bill for product they were told not to ship to my plant. Now they will not provide a return address and are trying to collect on a product I do not want in my plant.

      I would like to send you a recording they did not ask permission to record our employee and now trying to use it to collect a bill for product they cannot submit proof of delivery or a valid purchasing contract and PO.

      Hi ****, in your BBB complaint to us this is what is stated, Customers Statement of the Problem: Suspicious telemarketing made by a ***************************** at *********************. Fraudulent order placed after a discussion. You placed an order for cleaner over the phone, then the very next day you write a BBB complaint instead of calling to cancel the order or voice your concerns? You could have simply either said "NO" to the order, or even called back and cancel the order. You also accepted the order as well when it was delivered. Also stated in your BBB complaint, "The details of this matter are as follows: Complaint Involves: Delivery Issues". I am unsure what delivery issues you had? I checked the tracking of your order and it was delivered, accepted in and signed for. I have also tried to reach out to you about any concerns you may have, however, my voice mail message was not returned and you have yet to try to contact us since you placed the order.
