    Laurie A. and Christiana S. have always been very helpful and professional. They both have always been kind, caring and personable. They take their time with me and do not rush through whatever I need help with. I would recommend them to anyone with Medicare.

    Switched someone to another plan and did not do her any justice. After she told you that she wanted to talk to her agent first and you switched her anyways and she actually lost money. You are horrible and lied to her just to get a sale.

    Melody was awesome. After multiple attempts to obtain assistance from Boomer Benefits I gave up and called Melody. She returned my call the same day. She found a great policy for my aging parents whose existing policy was ending. She found me a lower premium on ************ and D drug plan. I will be passing her number out to all friends and family!
