    La Mer falsely advertised five free samples with purchase however my shipment was missing three samples. They agreed to replace them but they never did. They did not respond to my email, phone calls or chat messages. ******** on their chat line kept me waiting for 45 minutes but did nothing to resolve the issue. When I asked to speak with his supervisor they disconnected me.

    It was time to renew my skincare so I purchased La Mer Energizing Gel Cleanser, 2 oz of Rejuvenating Night Creme, The Micro Peel, 3.5 oz of The Moisturizing Soft Cream and Skin Tint in Fair. I've used La Mer for many years with no issues but I used every product in two days and it ended in a ER trip. Both moisturizers had Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E-Coli. The ER doctor discarded all 5 products because he wasn't testing the rest. I've contacted La Mer serval times, filled out paperwork and had the medical records sent to them but they claim I didn't but it was sent by certified mail and signed so I have proof they got. I want then to replace all 5 products. By law it doesn't matter where I bought them the manufacturer is responsible and I will not just let this go. I'm out a lot of money and I've spoken with a attorney and I will sue them for millions if they refuse to send me new products. I will also take to social media and my large following and tell exactly how a multi million dollar company treated me. Sworn affidavits have been written from the ER doctor and the lady that sold me the products. I'm done playing games I will not send them anything else until they replace my products. If they don't it will be the biggest public lawsuit they have ever seen and that is a promise. The law is the law.

    Order Date 2022/11/28 order number ********** I bought the ***** set on the official website, and I received that there were three expired products in it, and the production date was September 2019, that is, when I placed the order, the product had expired, but the La mer official website was still sent, I went to their customer service and did not deal with the problem, knowing that the expiration was still shipped This is an ethical issue, it is really disappointing, asking for a replacement of these products or a refund ...

    I at 2022/11/25 la mer Buy $310 in merchandise order number :********** After placing an order, if the address is found to be wrong, contact customer service to modify the address Then the customer service told me that the modification was successful A week later, I found that the purchased items were sent to the wrong address and I could not receive my items I haven't received it since I moved. The continuous la mer manager told me that the package had been sent out, and refused to accept me to solve the problem, and refused to reissue or refund.I'm sad why treat customers like this Purchased $310 item and received *********************** Group deceive consumers I must be refunded!
