I contacted the business about my judgment from appeal court. The business stated they would contract with me and send me the documents later to sign. They agreed to accept $65,000.00 from the $418,000.00 debt owed to ******* ****** by collecting the judgment and or for collecting the judgment from the company *******************************. They never sent the contract and told me I didn't have a judgment or wasn't awarded money damages in appellant court.

Judgment Processors helps successful plaintiffs collect on money judgments they have obtained in court.  We were contacted by Mr. ****** by telephone to help him collect on a judgment.  He asked how we would charge to assist with collecting on a money judgment in the amount of $418,000.  Mr. ****** accurately reflects that he was told our fee would be $65,000 if we were able to collect the full amount.  However, when we were provided with Mr. ******** court documents we determined that he had not yet obtained a money judgment.  Mr. ****** was upset when we declined to take on the case.  We tried to explain the technicalities of where he was procedurally in the litigation and that he should consider hiring a lawyer to help better understand the legal process.  He did not have a money judgment against the defendant and there was nothing to collect.
