      I did not want to do this but the lack of communication, no call backs or doing nothing about it, I had to. I paid $2,150 for 12 steps and 30 square feet of landing to be installed. Let the pictures do all the talking. Every step was cut short and filled in with caulk. I had to personally put trim on the sides of the steps to hide all the imperfections myself after the installation. That is not how I wanted it to be done and definitely I did not want to do it myself as I already paid Flooring King way too much for the horrible job I got. In one conversation with one of the sales person they agreed that it was horrible but yet nothing was offered to me at all. Good luck to everyone and if you like what you see in those photos, this is the company for you , if not then shop around for a better one.

      I have been a Flooring King customer for over 7 years. My company owns multi family units that we use Flooring King products and services. The best thing about Flooring King is that they have largest variety of colors and everything is always in stock in their ************** warehouse. The shopping experience is convenient and quick.Installation contractors they work with are all professional and clean . They did a great job every time they perfomed installation. We have had no issues with the products or the installations.Flooring King is the only company we use for all our projects because we know we are getting the best value. We recommend their products and services to anybody looking to change their floors.
