This business (The Mailbag) quoted me shipping rates of $2.95 and then charged me $.7.24. I contacted them and the representative was extremely rude. He told me that it was not their problem and that the rates quoted are from iPostal not them. He refused to give me the iPostal contact information. I told him he represents iPostal and that quoting one rate and charging another is misleading customers. He refused to discuss the matter and closed my account. Stating that I was aggressive. Any aggression on my part corresponded to the rudeness presented first by The Mailbag. The Mailbag has committed fraud. Because they just closed my account without cause I want a full refund of all monthly fees paid and of the shipping I paid: $7.24 which I did not authorize.

I rented a mail box from this company, The Mailbag ***************, online through a website at ******************** about 6 months ago. I was using the address for my small business. They charge $10 every month after the initial set-up payment. Also, I paid $10 monthly for them to ship my mails. If I ask them to scan a mail, it's additional $3. I thought this is a legit company. But then I started realizing that they opened my mails even if I didn't ask for it. Last week I asked them to ship my two mails. When I received the mail, I saw that they again opened my one mail and the other mail was missing. I sent them emails asking why they opened my mail and where my other mail was. I stated that I am expecting very important mails. The owner, *****, became very rude, nasty and unprofessional. It's my right to ask for the service which I have been paying for months but he didn't answer my questions, instead put the blame on me as if I'm doing something wrong by asking him simply why he opened my mail which is a felony and where my other mail is. Without me saying anything about mail tempering in the beginning, he said he wasn't doing mail tempering which was very weird. I was going to ask them to close my account after this repugnant treatment and suspected mail fraud but he sent an email first saying that they closed my account due to email harassment and behavioral issues. Then I started researching about this company and this man. Someone wrote that he was arrested for mail fraud years ago. If you read ****** reviews, many customers complain about the same things: He's very rude, he rips off people by charging excessive fees and he loses mails. He says he forwards the mails but customers never receive them. So, basically he's not providing the service that we are all paying him. This man and this company should be investigated. Our confidential data is being stored by this man and we don't know what he does with our personal information that are in the mails.
