    On October 21st 2024 I emailed TRA because I received one of their helmets that was defective. I sent pictures when they emailed back and they agreed (****). She said they didnt have a replacement for my helmet but that I had 2 options. I could either pick a comparable helmet or I could send mine back for her team to fix it. I gave her a big list of players that I would accept and sent my helmet back to them in tge original bag and box. The only ones she came back with were the three cheapest helmets on the list. All around $299 retail from what I could find. The helmet I sent back was worth approximately $600-$700 so I declined those helmets and asked for mine to be fixed. She said that was no longer an option and that they could only go off their price list which is confidential. I have at least 22 emails back and forth for weeks until she said they had a new helmet that was comparable coming in. Same player different helmet. I agreed. The helmet came and I was shocked. The new helmet was in a plain box from the manufacturer in ***** and it was damaged also. In addition, there was no visor, bag, or box from their branded company which significantly reduced the value of the helmet. I contacted them again (******) by phone and explained the situation. He said that they dont do business like that and promised to fix the problem and reprimand all associates involved. I could expect a package to make up for it. Since then they stopped replying to my emails and ****** will not take my call. I never received a package. I will attach all emails. At some points I did get angry and say some things I am not proud of but that is no reason to steal my money and my helmet. I apologized in later emails and praised **** for her help and patience but again was disappointed over and over. I try to be reasonable and they are not. Beware this company and their TikTok scam artists that get you to send money on a ******. As of 1/5/25 no response

    TRA apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of timely resolution.   For clarity, the item in question was sold to a Breaker who then sold it on TikTok to the complaining customer.   TRA does not sell items on TikTok.  TRA's policy is to refer a 3rd party complaint to the company who bought the item from TRA.  In this case, we made an exception and tried to accommodate the complaining customer.   

    Recap:  The product in question was a ****** ******* signed Los Angeles Chargers slate replica helmet.   The customer stated that the decals were positioned incorrectly on the helmet.  This was not the case.  In a replica helmet the decals are enlarged and will cover some of the factory holes in the helmet.  The customer was not satisfied with the design and asked for it to be repaired or replaced.  Since we could not repair the item, we offered several replacements at the same value as the helmet that was sold to the original Breaker.  The issue was the customer stated a value at over $700 and this was not accurate.  TRA sold this item to the Breaker for under $300 and was willing to provide a similar valued item.  

    TRA sent the customer a ****** ******* salute to service 2024 replica helmet valued at over $300.  The customer kept this helmet.

    I am rejecting this response because: They have blamed their manufacturer, *******, wholesellers and even me the customer. I did keep the second damaged helmet after they said they would send a package to make it right. Package never received and all communication was ended by them.  They never said to contact anyone else like they claim in the response. I am left with a damaged helmet and absolutely horrible experience. They still owe me a refund or replacement. They did contact me after submitting the complaint and asked a good number to call and never called. Just wanted my information.
