    I am writing to file a complaint against No-H2O Inc., a franchise business that I invested in almost a year ago, on (4/29/22). I paid $100,000 for the franchise and invested an additional $50,000.According to the agreement I signed with No-H2O, they committed to providing me with a complete package of equipment, software, and marketing materials. However, after one year, I still have half of the items that I paid for missing, including equipment that are essential to the operation of the business.Furthermore, the booking system and app that No-H2O provided are not working well, which has caused significant problems for me and my customers. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the company has failed to provide me with adequate support or to rectify the situation.Additionally, No-H2O changed the agreement without notice, which has caused confusion and financial loss for me. The marketing promised by the company has also failed to deliver the expected results, leaving me with insufficient revenue to sustain my business.During the franchise opportunity presentation, No-H2O claimed to work with major US companies, which influenced my investment decision. However, I later found out that this was a lie, and they have no business relationship with significant US companies. This is deceptive marketing and misrepresentation of services, which is unacceptable for a legitimate business.Finally, I would like to note that I have attempted to resolve the issue with No-H2O directly, but the owner, *****, has repeatedly lied and failed to provide me with satisfactory solutions.In conclusion, I'm unsatisfied with No-H2O's service and their failure to meet their obligations to me as a franchisee. I'm asking for a refund and compensation for financial losses. I fear that *************************, the franchisor who's an Irish citizen, may leave the territory and desert us.
