  Solutions Moving is a complete **** they are ********** and deceptive. They false advertise and lie lie lie this has been the most stressful 16 days of our lives. Our items were delivered 15 days late and we were charged way more then what was in the contract, they purposely wrote down different items then what we had previously discussed they kept upping the charges once they had our things would not take our calls and refused to even engage with us once we asked for the recordings because they know they are just ******** people. We filed a complaint with the FMSCA when we called a week before our things were delivered we were told to wait on filing a complaint as this company has been known to not return peoples items Beware do not use this company!!

  Company hooked me in moving deal, then once they arrived to pickup home furnishings and load them, then they add astronomical charges in order to get your possessions delivered. Thousands of dollars more which you have to pay or they threaten to put them in storage and charge you even more fees.

  This company quoted $2400 and by the hour. Said a 3 men, 26ft truck and they'd have tools to take furniture apart. Showed up in a 16ft truck, 2 guys and no tools. Than after everything was loaded wanted to charge me by the sq. ft. $4900. Also only take payment in venmo, cash app or ******* Complete scam. Won't let you have your stuff off the truck until you pay. Essentially holding your furniture and everything else hostage. When I finally paid because you have no choice, they left holes in walls, scratches on floors and furniture damaged.

  Worst company a complete rip off! They quoted me $7300 to move my house long distance this was for 1500 cubic feet, they took $3100 non refundable deposit. When the movers got there they said it would be an additional $24,000. Saying I would need 3600 cubic feet. No one will return my calls or refund my deposit. I purchased 2 large pods 16x8 and everything fit. Stay far away from them!

  These people will tell you one price for the entire move after they check and re-check the amount/volume of household goods you are moving. They also give you the impression you are dealing with them from beginning to end, and that could not be the farthest thing from the truth. The price of the move continues to increase as other moving companies, with whom you never dealt with, appear onto your moving scene. They design their moving scheme to ensure that you cannot change companies when you awaken to their bogus/misleading prices and schedules. They prey on people's vulnerability during long-distance moves with tight/well-defined timelines. Then, when you finally get your household goods, you will find some missing and other broken/damaged.The website of this company is the following:************************************************************** you know whats good for you, you should never hire these criminal-like clowns for a move, even if the move involves moving across the street.

  These people never moved anything for me and they scammed my card out of money and now my credit card company is allowing it. I need help this is not acceptable. I've been scammed too many times

  PLS READ!!! BEWARE OF SCAM!!! If you still want to book with this scam moving company even after the negative reviews on ******* yelp, and BBB - I suggest you use a credit card so you have no issues getting your money back. Theyll try to say its an extra free for credit card, thats how they get you to not use it therefore to keep your money! They gave us a quote for about $3,500 for a 5 hour move drive. We also provided a list of items we had that needed to be moved. Day of arrival , they were late and stated they needed an additional $4,000 to move all of our items. The workers were not interested at all to move our stuff as they suggested we should move it ourselves. The customer service was EXTREMELY rude!! They will intentionally quote you a lower price , make you pay a deposit (youll never get back unless you call your bank), and then try to double charge you to complete the move. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FROM BEING SCAMMED!!! This company also changes names to avoid getting caught but the pictures always stays the same! BE AWARE!!

  The ************* in the world. DO NOT USE. MOVING SOLUTIONS is a SCAM. They gave me a quote. I put down a deposit of $1091 they arrived and tried to o charge me triple the amount that they quoted which I didnt have. I asked for my deposit back they told me no and hung up on me.

  I was quoted $3000 for a one bedroom move. When the actual movers arrived they jacked my cost up to $8500. I sent them away because I was shocked and horrified. I spoke to my contact there ****** once. She told me a supervisor would call me about my experience. I paid them $1500 deposit. After getting no calls back from a supervisor I tried my contact once again and my call was ignored. I feel this was a bait and switch tactic. And it did not work on me. I want my deposit back as I feel I was treated unfairly. I eventually rented a U-Haul. A ********************************************* the truck. It cost me $1300 to get someone to load the truck then drive it from ** to ** and then unload it. I TOTALLY do not recommend this company!!! I want my money back.

  We spoke with customer service on October 19, 2023 and scheduled a house full of furniture to be moved from Valdosta Georgia to Stuart Florida. The total amount owed for the move would be $3400.00 because they said they were moving someone to Valdosta and instead of bringing a empty truck back to Florida they would give us a discount for the run, otherwise the truck would be empty traveling back home. There would be 3 payments. One at the time of the contract, one when they pick up the furniture and the balance when they take the furniture off and put it in storage. The house was packed and the furniture stored on the truck. She was notified that there would be an additional fee because there was a lot of furniture. The additional amount was $1700.00. She disputed it and said that is not what was told to her and she called the corporate office and was told it was at the drivers discretion how much more he wanted to charge. They would not move the truck until she paid an additional $1700.00. She paid the fee and she is waiting on getting her furniture safely home.
