    Super unprofessional service. We moved from ******* to *****. The way they handled our furniture and personal belongings was awful. We brought it to their attention when they were packing at our home that they were not doing it right, and they assured us that they were going to pack it much better once they would move everything from their warehouse into the container. When things arrived in *****, the company in charge of unloading here in ***** sent us picture of all the furniture and boxes inside the container. Everything was loaded the same way it was packed at home. No extra packaging for high valued things like an outdoor sofa, that was left with exposed legs, and of course, one of them broke. A $4,500 dinning table, that was just wrapped in paper. No bubble wrap, no carton, nothing. When we tried reaching out to them, the representative (*********************) didn't even care to call us back. He replied saying that we needed to speak with his warehouse, but never cared to call us or address the problem. His warehouse was non-responsive either. We felt alone in this whole process and having to file an insurance claim. To this date, they haven't even emailed or called to follow up. Please do your research well, and hire a better company for your move.
