Mike T., sales rep, then packers/movers Ben & Isaiah, were 100% wonderful. Ask for these guys to handle your move. Went from Boca Raton to Sarasota seamlessly last week due to the work performed by this crew. My rating: A plus plus plus. Couldn’t be happier! PS I had 4 other estimates, had moved many times over years, & knew what I needed. This was well planned and thorough. Get Bekins if you can.

We are a large family that moved from Florida to *****, which was a logistic challenge to say the least. ******************* from Bekins came in after we met with several companies, and was professional / experienced. Bekins made the move for us less stressful from begining to end., In addition the communication throughout this process was great too. 5 starsI could not be happier with the service I received from Bekins. My first point of contact/estimator, Mars, was excellent and answered every question I had. I had had a horrible experience with another company a couple of years ago and was very skeptical. He was super patient and answered every question honestly. The driver, ******, was outstanding. She was so thoughtful and professional. She had a great load-in crew and a great delivery crew. I would highly recommend this company. They were also priced in the same general range of the other 5 companies I got quotes from.Review fromMarnie K

2 starsCan’t Recommend. Salesperson ****** was extremely helpful until the contract was signed. Once signed, call backs were not existent. Coordinator ***** was very cordial, and would answer questions. No additional information, nor any attempt to keep me abreast of any changes were provided. To obtain any updates, I had to call. Move out – was great. Move In – Not so well and this is why I can’t recommend Bekins. About a week after pick up, I contacted ****** who gave me a date of arrival. Never heard from her again. Upon contacting Scott, the date was changed, to the following day. When I did not receive a call from driver, I contacted ***** who told me the shipment was delayed about a week. Another delay to total 10 days. Driver finally called for Thursday morning delivery. Driver showed up with the items and that was it, just the driver. Who was to unload the couches, the customer no doubt. Is this what we paid for? During the unload, driver admitted that he did not want to wait for the local help as he has been stationed idle for four days without pay on an emergency for Bekins. Bekins was not the cheapest, but went with them based on reputation. If I had known that we were part of the moving crew, I would have selected a company that just transports the items. It would have been a lot cheaper! Be careful in who you select to move your stuff. Bekins offered $100 as compensation for assisting in the unloading and moving the items into the apartment. $100 for six hours of work that we were not supposed to do and had my son not been there, I would not have been able to assist. Would it have been delayed again, or perhaps damaged by one person moving big bulky heavy items. Numerous requests to talk with management, met with negative results. Apparently management was too busy for a customer who already paid.
