This organization was recommended to me, so I 'applied' and then paid the $111 per month fee. I soon noticed that the woman who runs it, ****** ******, often responded to valid questions from paying customers in a terse and condescending manner. Regardless, the content presented by her partner, *****, was interesting and useful. During my membership, the class "feeds" were shut down so members could no longer share information and experiences among themselves relating to specific classes. Apparently she wouldn't want someone accidentally learning how to do something without having to pay extra for her courses and/or documents. Eventually, I bought a class for $499. The particular instructions I needed were not even in the class. Naturally she has a 'no refund' policy, and there was no way to know what specific information was offered in the class without first paying for it. When I was unable to access the course documents from the source she uses (ironic that someone so into "privacy" makes students use Google!), I tried to get guidance. My, and another member's, concerns were met with hostility and disdain. However, after I illustrated why I could not get to the documents, it briefly looked like she had offered a solution. She directed me to her assistant. When I asked that woman for the documents, ****** ****** then terminated my membership. Apparently I was expected to PAY the assistant for help I did not need. So I never did get the documents, and of course I can no longer access the $499 class I paid for. What an odd experience. ***** uses the expression: "Too big for their britches." This seems to describe Ms. ****** quite well. The incredibly rude and arrogant manner in which she treats many of her paying customers is disgraceful. Is it honorable to kick someone out of this "University" for simply wanting the documents that go with the $499 class? One may wonder if she is truly trying to help people, or if it's all about money and vanity.
