I hired the captain painters to paint the exterior or my house. Nothing has gone right. I have been in communication with the company and they are dealing with me dishonestly. They refuse to make good on the mistakes on the paintjob. They are offering me either a discount if I sign off and agree they make no improvements or pay them more to come and fix the sloppy work and clean up the mess they made. I have spoke with multiple supervisors. None of them were present when the actual paint job took place. When i asked to see them during the job the painter told me **** was at an important commercial job in Pompano. What i heard when he said that is that my home is not important. They tried to skip the walkthrough and get me to sign off with the painter before I could look at the quality of the paint job. I had multiple appointments with the owner ****** which he cancelled. When he did show up three weeks after the work began he was arguing with me that the paint drips were not his. It can clearly be seen by the color that they are. Also he argued that he did not damage my screened in patio by getting paint on it. I believe the painters were sloppy and unsupervised. I think they did a poor job pressure washing and priming so the paint does not look good. There a spots you can through to the original color. This does not look like a fresh paint job. I lost it when after they acknowledged their errors they asked for more money.
