In addition, Atlantic Southern was to also *********** area private roadway for entire ******** HOA and Curbs throughout community.4.Nature of Dispute: I have communicated through our Property Manager, **** **** to Atlantic Southern many times. The Chief complaint for my home is incomplete work that has lead to:1) Depressions in driveway from deteriorating asphalt.2) Edges of Driveway deteriorating.3) Broken ceramic tiles in front of garage door caused by pavement machines 4) Peeling material in driveway from deteriorating ********** Jolla HOA outsourced to a third party for an Engineering Study and it was determined the pavement project was not completed resulting in rapid deterioration and therefore does not meet the standards for Miami Dade County code. The ************************************ contacted the Atlantic Southern Point of Contact and were informed of a future dated appointment for action which they eventually cancel or a no show. In addition, there have been numerous communications that were not even responded to according to the ******************* and La Jolla BOD. Atlantic Southern has yet to complete work or attempt to resolve the many issues. The desired settlement: Complete all work to Miami Dade county code.

    The Seal Coat has not been applied to the asphalt on my driveway and the broken tiles have not been removed and replaced.

The ************************************ contacted the Atlantic Southern Point of Contact and were informed of a future dated appointment for action which they eventually cancel or a no show. The Chief complaint for my home is incomplete work that has lead to a 36 inch wide depression/1.5 inches deep in my driveway. Also, the milling process was not completed and has also resulted in grass growing through the asphalt. La Jolla HOA outsourced to a third party for an Engineering Study and it was determined the pavement project was not completed resulting in rapid deterioration . The ************************************ contacted the Atlantic Southern Point of Contact and were informed of a future dated appointment for action which they eventually cancel or a no show.
