Invoice date is 5/31/20**.I have an explanation of charges for some of the ********.I am missing the detail for invoice #**-1070 in the amount of $26,372.98.I have contacted Veteran Roofing several times requesting an explanation of charges itemizing the work that was done. The charges billed by Veteran Roofing do not coincide with the itemized estimate by ************************** Company.I am trying to finalize the claim with the insurance company but cannot with knowing what work was completed.We still have damage that needs to be addressed.All of the damage was caused by a tornado in September 2022.The entity is ******** F Association. All payments were made by ******** F Association. I am the president of the association.

I have been in contact with ************* and the insurance company who is handling the tornado damage claim to gather the information requested by *************. We are all working together to satisfy the complaint and will provide more information promptly.
