    I purchased a product named Actress facial scrub. The product didn't do as expected or advertised. It also had a faulty tube container which split at the top on both sides and a majority of the product spilled out.Into the sink. Or into the bathtub when trying to use. We just a horrible product. It was like trying to put your toothpaste on your tooth brush and it comes out the back of the tube.

    I am rejecting this response because: They are making me do musical chairs. They can just as well contact me or just settle it through my initial complaint. My request and concern was very clear in my complaint. I just don't want a runaround.

    We were able to settle the complaint with the customer. Our customer service team spoke to them and though we weren't able to provide a direct refund (since the initial purchase was through a local retailer instead of directly with us), we were able to send a new item that the customer chose, free of charge. The complimentary order is attached.
