    We registered our child with ASD and high anxiety as a trial. After one day of school our child couldnt adjust to school. The school refuses to refund %250 registration fee and $1500 deposit. One day of class. Now we are registering our child in an alternative school and dont have the funds for the new school. this is very unethical. Please help us with gettin g a refund from the school.

    The parent paid the non-refundable Application Fee and Enrollment Fee. The school reviewed all the student's records and prepared a personalized learning plan for the student. After one day the student decided that the school was not the correct fit for her and refused to return. The school forgave the outstanding tuition balance which was agreed to be paid as part of its Enrollment Agreement.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This school claim to work with children with autism and other disorders, however, they do not allow a test time. In order for you to test the school, you must pay a very hefty fee, $250 registration plus $1750 deposit plus the tuition in full. 

    They are telling me to consider myself lucky that they didnt enforce the full amount of $21,000 for 3 hours that my neurodivergent child attended school. All of this was discussed but they enforce all these fees before the child being able to attend school. 

    This is unethical and unacceptable!
