    Today's Date: 20 Jan 2024 ************ held an all star game based on grade. They took money, promised products/services and did not deliver. This was a complete scam. We paid for items that we did not receive, they promised events that did not occur. For day one (19 Jan 2024), we were told that it would be a Media Day/Meet and Greet. This turned into a table outside a hotel, where jerseys were picked up. During pick up, there was no roster, no coaches for meet/greet and no media day (picture of agenda told and picture of outside operations is attached). A table was out where we were told to just select a size and number, nothing confirming that we actually were on a team or paid. A lot of people ordered the extra addon of a swag bag (gloves and sleeves at least) and that was not given. Instead everyone was told "its coming". When parents mentioned that they drove from **************** merely for a jersey pick up, they were met with the response of "Well I traveled thousand of miles to put on this event for you"Fast forward to 20 Jan 2024. Arrived to the field, no refs and no coaches. No one was taking names for players and numbers to provide the feedback that we were promised. Medical staff did not exist on the field. This entire event was a scam and this company should not be allowed operate.
