was told by this company I won a free trip but i havd to pay ***** set up fee, i paid that fee next the rep said they had a deal with a cruise line to cruise to destination which was an exte ***** pp plus tax each way which came out to be ****** next they tell you to pick dates to go after you set dates they offer to upgrade cabin on ship which is another was another ****** and then tell tell youoh you have to pay port fees which was ****** . now before i paid the ****** i ask was there any other fees i should prepare for and was told no , but then was hit with the ******, i dont count upgrade fee because that is something i choose, next they send you a conformation of trip and on top of this tells me i have to pay ****** plus ****** for resort fees. when question how is that is suppose when this is suppose to be a free trip they responded it all incluise we dont pay for food, i ask why offer an all incluside resort then, i ask company to kindly give me a refund because i can book this trip myself for cheaper , even told them that the hotel said resort feeis built into booking price so how they choose a price for client to pay to them if the resort doesnt have a stand resort fee. i have been to resort on timeshare and i pay the resort fee when i arrive not topaying the person/company booking. I then sent a quote for flight and room for same dates to prove it was cheaper to book on my own and i requested a refund because i will in end pay about 2000 dollars for a free trip and on top of this they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee of ****** for not being about to pay the additional 1000 dollars and after they told me i can have a one time free date change.

The consumers travel dates were cancelled due to no response regarding date changes she wanted, but never confirmed. The cancellation fees go up exponentially as the time approaches the travel date from the cruiseline, so the reservation was cancelled, and all fees remain in house as a credit towards future travel. All these policies comply with state seller of travel law *******, the only governing agency over them. The consumer may reook her travel dates at anytime!
