Covid should have extended my reservation.. We were not able to use this because of covid and travel. We are just feeling safe enough to travel in this fashion again and they won't extend our reservations. I just keep getting new new numbers to call and they say call this number. I am getting the run around.

Reservation nbr Client FT101118-032 Our initial cruise package was purchased in 2018. In 2019, I upgraded and put up an additional fee of $1251.00. This was to be a 10 day cruise to *********** and back, luxury resorts, all inclusive, over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2019. A huge hurricane destroyed *********** shortly thereafter. A few weeks later I received an email from RSC advising us they had cancelled our cruise. We asked for a refund. They said they do not give refunds, that we would be given 2 years to rebook. When we began calling again, COVID was now in the mix. Again we asked for a refund. The girl on the other end of the phone RUDELY laughed and said we NEVER give refunds, rebook. However the next time we called we were met with a recording saying that the cruises were being suspended, each time pushing it back further and further The last recording we heard, said cruises were suspended until mid June. Then we were met with recordings giving us the option to leave a voice mail, or contact them thru email, non of which proved productive. If you call the number today the recording gives you web information, leading you to a site that is unavailable. So we paid for an expensive cruise and got nothing in return. I don't know what RSC did with all the money they took from people paying to cruise, but someone was unjustly enriched.

In 2019, my wife and I purchased the upgraded ******* cruise package for our honeymoon, spending nearly $10,000 between us over four years, including airline tickets to ***************, **.This included a premium stateroom on the upper decks of the Grand Classica, with ocean view, and a three-day stay at a beachfront resort on Grand ****** Island. Food and gratuities for two meals per day aboard the ship were also included in our upgraded package price. When Covid hit, it did cause some complications, which were understandable. The original sailing was scheduled for April, 2020, just as Covid hit, and had to be rescheduled for the following year.Rescheduling for a ****************************************************************************************** early July, 2022, we were briefly able to contact the reservation call center to confirm a new reservation for a spring **************************************************************************************************************** *********** due to COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the **** and the ******** government. We were also told by the reservation call center that the cruise lines that contracted with Royal Seas, including the one that owned the Grand Classica had gone out of business due to possible Covid complications, so we have no idea which ship we will be sailing on, if we sail at all. But now, the reservation call center has become unavailable, and hangs up immediately when we try to call them. The number listed on the BBB website comes up as 'disconnected, or no longer in service'.It now appears to us that 'royalseascruises.com' has either been exposed as a scam, or has gone out of business entirely, as the web domain is now up for sale, meaning we may have lost all the money we have put into this.My advice would be to go through a reputable travel agency, and avoid 'free' cruises altogether. A $10,000 expenditure is hardly free!A full refund would be in order!!
