    Was randomly approached on 2/4 around mid-day by a gentleman in a van asking me if I like meat and if I would be interested in seeing what he has to offer. To a lot it would sound sketchy from the get-go, but living in ******** we do have some locals, mostly fishermen, that do approach people offering some of their catch/left overs that were not picked up by restaurants, so I didn't think much of it and agreed to see what the man was offering. He started showing me his offerings - boxes with various cuts of meats, they didn't really catch my interest but then he pulled out a box of ribeyes and stated that there's 20 steaks in the said box and that if I were to purchase the rest of the meats, I would get the box of ribeyes for free. - Now here's the part where things got funky: The price sheet that he provided just showed pricing for some random "variety" boxes that did not fully explain the total weight of the meats, nor what the price per pound would be and because of this I was VERY hesitant to make any dealings with this individual. After some small talk, he basically understood that I am not interested in the variety box, but I did show interest in the rib-eye steaks. Later on he basically just offered me the rib-eyes for 250$/the whole box - So remembering perviously in our conversation that he mentioned that there's 20 pieces of ribeyes and him saying that it's Prime grade, after doing some quick mental math it seemed like a good deal - Only to later realize that the box contained 9 steals and to make matters worse - the label that was on the box said the ribeyes were Choice grade and that the total weight should be around 10.2Lbs, but after measuring the total weight I only received 8.4Lbs of steak, which ends up being a WHOPPING 29.76$/lb making it the most expensive CHOICE grade rib-eye ever seen. I only wish I had more time to better inspect the offering, but he was very pushy and literally approached me as I was mid-yard work.

    Buyer beware. This company scammed a blind man today. How do I know? Because their guys in a van came to my home in ******* and took advantage of him while I (his eyes) was away. $250 was taken from him and he was left with boxes of visibly rotten and freezer burned meat. Shame on them for taking advantage of the blind!!

    They picked up the merchandise and would not offer a receipt. However, **** did help us in reversing the charges.

    Oct 13 guy comes by my house begging me to buy some strips steaks. Offered me 10 steaks for $60. Charges my card, then says he forgot his receipt book. Two days later I check my credit card account and find I have been charges $460. For 10 steaks. When I call the vendor trying to get a refund he flatly refused. And refused to provide me a receipt.
