    This company's owner is a thief, plain and simple. I purchased factional shares in two yachts in 2020 and since that time, their lack of transparency and mismanaged account and bookkeeping is beyond incompetence, it is blatant negligence.They made cash call after cash call for repairs on one of the yachts which we found out later never were made. Tens of thousands of dollars squandered without any documented record or receipts to back-up his claims. So bad was their relationship with the owners of one of the yachts I bought into, the owners had to hire legal counsel in The Caymen Islands and ******* to replace his company as the management company of record. Stay are far away for this company as you can possibly get. The more owners I've met that have unfortunately trusted this company, the more stories I hear of their illegal and immoral actions.
