    Scammers. They told us we have no warranty on a 4 year old unit and could replace with one with a 10 year warrenty. Every time they come they want to replace something for $5000 that’s not under warrenty. Was told by Mark the owner that they work on sales commissions. Look around we didn’t and we paid terribly.

    This company sold me an air conditioning heating unit four years ago. I spent over $6000 for this unit. When we returned to our mobile home in North Fort Myers, we found no heat. we called the company, action cooling and heating. The first call no one came as we were about to have our first night in our mobile home. I called back and they told me they could not do anything until the morning between nine and 11. The morning came and by 12 PM they arrived. The technician told me that the parts were not under warranty with the manufacture and regular pricing of $1100 but they could give me the parts for $735. I said I’ll get a second opinion. I told the technician that the pricing for a unit only four years old. that the pricing for a unit only four years old was ridiculous. As he left the property he commented. Have a good cold night. It’ll be hard for you to get anybody to come today. I called another heating company. They came down in half an hour and fix the problem. There was one wire that was touching something so they fix that and they put in a new breaker for $100. We now have heat! Warning consumers to stay away from this company as they were willing to scam me for over $700!

    I've been in the HVAC business for 30 years from Ohio and this tech of theirs filled out a false invoice named Jake. Never was here. Said he changed my air filter and it was the same one I changed before we left last year. They have to check into the office to get into the condo building and never did. He filled out a bogus invoice like he was here. FIRE that SOB !!!
