      Very honest and trustworthy. Had an issue with recent service and ****** resolved it. ****** was not only courteous but also very educated with the problem at hand. In the short time I’ve had the pleasure with dealing with Certified all of their service folks have been very knowledgeable and professional. Thank the Lord for ******, my wife will not be hot tonight!

      ****** and Yahir with Certified came to my home today to do a maintenance and they did a fantastic job. They showed me the Inside of my unit and did a really thorough job. And I would love for either of them to come back!
