    On time, responsive and were able to work with my busy schedule. My washer stop working full of water on Thursday morning before going to work, I called and left a message, they call me back and **** was send to my home. He call me 45 minutes before getting to my house ( i asked for 30 minutes call before ). he was able to fixed my washer on the spot. My wife is very happy Im very happy will continue to use for repairs

    Never experienced anything like this. Lowes sent this repair company to my home to repair my microwave in Nov 2022. To date the microwave still is not repaired (4/2023). Each time I called they stated the parts were not in yet. I asked is this long period of time normal and they stated yes. I could not believe that so I called Lowes to report them and come to find out the appliance service closed out the tix stating it was repaired and got paid for it. RUNNNNNNN far from these crooks and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

    In 1/2023 the lower wash arm assembly ended up coming up from the middle of the dishwasher landing on the heating element in the middle of a cycle and it melted parts of the plastic. I called Lowes to open a claim for a repair. On 1/25/23 they had a tech from Customer Care Appliance come out to asses the situation & I was advised this would be an easy repair & that this issue happens quite often. I was advised the part would be ordered & once they receive it I would be contacted to set up a time to have it replaced. 3 weeks go by & I hadn't heard anything. So I called them to get an update. I was advised by Natalie (supposed manager) there was no update yet & they would call once the part came in. Another week goes by & still haven't heard anything. I decide to call again. I still got the same response from Natalie "there is no updated". I asked if I could speak w/ the department that handles the ordering to see what's going on on there end & was told no. I was shocked & said Im just trying to see whats going on as no one is contacting me with an updated & I was told that it wasn't asked of me to call! I asked for the parts facility number, was given that but wouldn't be given the order number! I asked to speak w/ supervisor. Was given Lewis number. I tried calling & lvm 3x & never got a call back. The parts facility was unable to help w/o the order number. I call Natalie back & had to lvm. I get a return call vm stating basically shes not sure why im calling since she gave me her managers number?! maybe because they haven't gotten back with me! I decided to try having Natalie and I do a three way call w/ the Parts facility & she said she would not be doing that! I was like why not? You wont give me the info so you should be able to give it to them. OVER 1 MONTH of this! The call ending w/ her stating Im being entitled & she will not lose her job over me. All I needed was the parts # WORST SERVICE! Yes, I was furious during the last call! Natalie w/drew the ORDER!

    GE contracted this company to repair my dishwasher. Tech shared that I need a new board they would order it. ETA on the part was 2-3 weeks. It's been over a month but we have not heard back. I've called everyday for a week but no one answers the phone. I've left messages but no one calls back.
