    It is my pleasure to post a review for HID Retrofit Kit. LLC
    Jessi and HID Retrofit Kit team deserve 10 stars on a 5 star scale. I have a 2000 Toyota Limited 4 Runner. I purchased my head lights nearly 3 years ago. I am extremely happy with the headlights. The HID RETROFIT Kit headlights are a great product !
    Recently, I contacted HID because a headlight went out. I spoke with Jessi. She was happy to help and diagnosed the problem. The replacement parts were sent to me in a timely manner. HID RETROFIT Kit supports the lifetime warranty they offer. Jessi went out of her way to reassured of the lifetime warranty when I contacted them. HID RETROFIT Kit makes a great product! The staff is ethical,competent and they provide a hassle free customer service ! It is a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend this company and products they produce. A rarity now says. I hope this is helpful.

    Jhon and Jessie and Chris along with their technical team are top notch. Always focused on customer experience and doing their best on modernizing the look and functionality of enthusiasts’ cars. These headlights transformed the front end of my 911. This is my second car that I’ve entrusted HRK to take care of and they do not disappoint! Would recommend you guys to everyone and if you are reading this don't hesitate. Absolutely the best people in the game for building bad to the bone headlights.

    Headlights are very nice. & high quality. Had a problem with them at first. HID retrofit paid for return shipping. Repaired my problem and shipped back to me. Jessi exceeded my expectations. I am assuming I won’t have any more issues with my headlights. But if I do I am confident they will be repaired again. I recommend this company as they stand behind their customer work & actully give a real warranty.

    Fantastic quality headlights. Use amazing parts and know there stuff. I bought the DIY kit and ended up getting way over head with the install. When I contacted them they were nothing but helpful and provided a bunch of resources to help. Got it all together then contacted them about my high beams not working. Turns out they forgot a piece in my order and even though it had been over 6 months from my order they fixed it with promptness and sent out the part immediately. Got it a couple days later and everything worked as said. Mistakes happen and this is how a company should handle them. Overall very impressed with the quality, responsiveness, and professionalism. Will definitely be my #1 source for headlights for all my Subaru’s!

    Professional. Best Service Ever. Ask yourself if you have ever felt good paying for services? Chances are if you answered , "No" then you never had a pleasant experience where the customer service was great. IMHO, Most businesses do not take heed to one of the most important factors of a business and that is with CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not here...Mark, the owner, and this business are TOP NOTCH. He was able to accommodate all of my requests. He solved and helped me achieve all of my specific lighting goals for my vehicle. His prices were reasonable and I am very happy with the service. You cannot go wrong with this shop. I have been to so many shops in my years and have to tell you that this shop is a GEM! You will not be disappointed.

    really, 100% recommended has an excellent customer service, the quality of the product is excellent and original, and unique since I could not find my lights as I wanted them anywhere and you had them, I tell you that when I made the purchase, after a few minutes they called me to confirm the purchase and see if what I had ordered through their digital platforms was correct, they helped me place the order correctly and in two weeks I already had the order in my hands as they told me, I started to install my lights and I had to call them again because there were cables that I did not know where they went, since I am not a technician and they answered me the moment I called them and asked me to put the camera to help me with the installation, and so it was, their technician helped me install both lights per camera since he told us where I had to put everything, it was a very very very good service and of the highest quality thank you guys I am very happy with your work once again you are 1000% recommended
