I am seeking help in recovering money for my vehicle, which was taken to Legendary Automotive for a coolant leak. My motor is now destroyed, and I have no vehicle for transportation, not only for myself, or my children. Below is the timeline of events:March 3, 2025, I dropped off my Land Rover LR4 and obtained a detailed diagnostic report. The coolant system was leaking and needed repair, as well as a tie rod in the front.March 12, my Land Rover was ready to be picked up with the new tie rod installed and a whole new coolant kit. An oil leak inspection was done as well, for a small leak around the valves.March 14, the low coolant light came on, so I added coolant, it was empty. The shop was closed. March 20, brought ********** back to shop to find out why it wasn't holding coolant. They explained it was "just an air pocket", bled the system, filled the reservoir, and sent me on my way.March 23, my Land Rover started making a loud knocking noise from the lower engine, shop was closed.March 24, brought ********** back to shop. March 25, the shop tells me my engine is not repairable, they do not rebuild engines and it will need rebuilt or replaced.March 26, my Land Rover was towed home.

I was told I would get a free inspection, They had several issues one was I needed a new battery I had just had it checked the day before and it tested Good ? Some of the other issues seemed very high to repair so I checked with other places and found some of the estimates were double the cost! So I decided to have work done some place else..When I picked up my car I got a bill when asked about the Free inspection I was told because of the make of my car they had to use a special ramp to get it on the lift? So instead of making a seen in front of the other customers I decided to pay the bill and file a complaint with BBB
