    On 10/30 I contacted **** of Red Nek mechanik for a CV axle replacement on my Dodge Promaster, upon inspecting my *** he said that the motor mount needed repaired also. He went i got the parts and came back the next say. After saying he needed a tool, he left and said hed return the following day. After installing cv axle he said that it was broken and needed to get another one. When i asked him whats wrong now he got angry and left saying he wasnt going to fix it. Left my vehicle apart and took the cv axle with him. I paid him $565 parts and labor in which he did nothing but take apart my vehicle. He has refused to return my money or the part

    I went out to the job and I brought parts out to replace the CV axle. Upon getting there I realized it is actual problem was his motor mount and that that would have to be repaired in order for the CV axle to be replaced. I then had to order the parts come back out with the parts for the motor mount and I installed the motor mount and the CV axle. Turns out that the CV axle was bad right out of the box that I supplied so I texted the customer and let him know that the CV axle was bad and that I would have to run up to the store and grab another one. The customer then comments what's wrong now with a bunch of exclamation marks and then he calls me and cusses me out over the phone because of all these problems that I didn't cause but I'm supposed to magically be able to fix. I told him that I don't have to be spoken to by a customer that way and since he was being verbally abusive I chose to withdraw from the job. I remove the parts and took them with me so that I wouldn't be out any more money on the job and the customer chose to stiff me on 2 hours labor for that day. The only labor time he had paid me was for the day before and that was settled up at the end of the day. The day I walked off I was 3 hours of work in when the customer became abusive. I'm not going to return to a job and get spoken to the way I was spoken to.

    On 6/25 I paid **** to come out and diagnose a problem with my car, he was in and out very fast and when I had questions about his diagnosis he said that it wouldnt be a problem and that it would work he was 95% sure, If it didnt work he would come out and do a deeper diagnosis, he has now been avoiding me all week and when I went and wrote reviews about this on his social media he has taken to lying about what he told us and about when I was available, hes trying to gas light his way out of a situation without actually doing any work, its only $100 but the fact of the matter is he told me he would do something and he didnt and now hes trying to bribe me in taking my reviews down before h*** come out and do any work

    The guy had me out to do a diagnostic. I informed him that he needed a new ignition switch and that he would have to call locksmith to do the pats afterwards. He replaced the ignition switch but never called the locksmith and then insisted that I come back out and do more diagnostic work for free. I told him that if he had any problems after the locksmith that I would come back out for free but he never followed my instructions and I'm not going to waste my time to go out there and do extra work for no pay. I told the customer as much and he turned around and got everybody he knows to leave me a bad review.
