      I have been trying to get this company to respond to a problem with my new cabinets. In March I reported that several of the doors have developed separation of the joints. I can not get them to respond to this problem.

      We are currently waiting for the replacement to assist this customer. We are not the contractor and did not install the cabinets and are not responsible for damage to the cabinets once it leaves our shop.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The company is selling products that they dont warranty from defective materials. They should let people know up front. I did get some replacement doors so I am satisfied, but still think they are selling poor quality merchandise

      We ordered Kitchen cabinets from this company back on October 19, 2022. Our home had been seriously damaged from Hurricane *** and the surge water that had entered our house. We drove down from ********* shortly after the Hurricane had hit and started the clean up and restoration process.. On October 19th, 2022 we went to Affordable Cabinets to order our Kitchen cabinets. they said that the cabinets could come in around three weeks. They required full payment which was $18,693.73. On this order was a panel for a panel ready dishwasher that we had ordered. We have had nothing but trouble trying to get an honest answer as to why we don't have this panel after waiting for six months. About six weeks ago they said the panel was in but it was the wrong one. We have been calling since then to find out where the correct dishwasher panel is. we have paid for this panel and have patiently waited for six months. Now all we get is that they are working on it.We are in the process of selling our house and moving into another one but we need this panel for our kitchen. I do not know why they just don't go ahead and order a new panel and get it delivered. They keep working off the original order and keep up making excuses on why it is not here. My wife and I are at our **** end and hopefully you can get this problem resolved.Sincerely,**** and ***********************

      Customer wanted a custom cabinet door. Customer has since contacted us and stated they no longer want the custom cabinet door. We are in the process of cancelling the custom order so we do not have to eat the cost.
